In project X we operate two simple cabins, each accommodating two groups. One cabin is for private groups who book together, and the other cabin is for two mixed groups.
The cabins are intentionally basic, reflecting the temporary nature of this venture as we navigate the long-term future of cat-skiing in this specific zone. However, this rustic simplicity is a strength, allowing guests to escape distractions and focus entirely on the freeriding experience. Rooms are primarily configured with up to four beds, though a few three-bed options and one twin room are also available.
Managing critical infrastructure like water, electricity, and mobile Wi-Fi in such an isolated location is a massive logistical challenge, meaning temporary outages can occasionally occur. The only true on-site comfort is a sauna cabin located just outside, offering the perfect rustic recovery after a deep day of powder.

Your culinary well-being is exceptionally well taken care of, thanks to our dedicated local team of chefs and kitchen assistants who prepare fresh food every single day. Mornings begin with a rich, generous breakfast featuring muesli, fresh fruit, custom egg dishes, freshly baked homemade bread, and regional specialties.
For lunch, we provide convenient packed lunch boxes to maximize your time on the mountain and ensure we do not lose precious riding hours. On stormy or low-visibility days, we can always return to the comfort of the cabins to warm up with a hot soup or burano—a comforting, warm Adjarian cheese dish.
In the evenings, we celebrate hearty and diverse Georgian cuisine with timeless classics such as lobio (a traditional bean stew slow-cooked in a clay pot), tolma (stuffed grape or cabbage leaves), pkhali (various minced vegetables mixed with a rich walnut paste), and the famous khachapuri (cheese bread). Dinners are served family-style on large platters and in shared bowls, allowing everyone to help themselves to what they love while effortlessly catering to various dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options.
