Snow- & Weather report

Last week showcased many facets of mountain weather – including some we could have done without. The week began with a bit of fresh snow. Then it turned warm and windy. Visibility was sometimes impaired by a high but dense cloud cover. By Wednesday, conditions were no longer good.

And then came the fresh snow on Thursday. A fantastic day in the trees with snowfall and a bit of wind. Friday was a dream day with plenty of sunshine and pleasantly mild temperatures. The visibility was incredible! The snow was superb. The conditions were perfect.

Snow Data

  • Snow depth Bakhmaro: 150 cm
  • Snow depth Adjara: 200 cm
  • Last snowfall: 19/02/2026
  • Amount of fresh snow: 20 cm

  • Maximum temperature: 6 C°

Freeride & Tour

The week was naturally dominated by celebrations – 10 years of freeriding in Bakhmaro.

But we also did some skiing. Sunday was fantastic, Monday was a day for technical descents on the steeper slopes of Sarkornia, and then things slowed down a bit midweek... but we had our celebrations anyway.

Well-rested, we continued on Thursday in Maximundo and Beech Club. The snowfall provided excellent powder conditions. And then came the dream day on Friday in the higher areas with the open slopes.

Tips & Infos

Best booking period

The first inquiries for 2027 came in last summer. Now, at the end of the season, we're already receiving many concrete booking requests for next season. However, all returning guests have the opportunity to reserve their preferred dates first, and many have already taken advantage of this.

We do not intend to increase our capacity for next winter!

We can no longer meet the steadily growing demand by increasing capacity.

For the peak season – mid-January to early March – we recommend booking early – that means April to May at the latest. Dates for Stars in Bakhmaro and Project X in Adjara, in particular, fill up quickly.

During the season we send out a link to this snow report every week to inform you as a freerider about the snow conditions and the course of the season, to give tips for your tour and to introduce the team. Of course we also want to increase the anticipation. If you no longer wish to receive the link, you can unsubscribe from the snow report at any time. With the end of the season we also stop the weekly snow report.
