We have scouted a new location in the mountains of Adjara. We are currently in talks with the authorities to avoid tailing like in Bakhmaro.
Of course, we also thought about how we can avoid jerks to follow our cattracks. There are two main points:
On the one hand, access to the area is more difficult and takes longer. The high valley is far more secluded than Bakhmaro. On the other hand, there are no summer houses to rent there - also not for us. So we will improvise accommodation in an alpine hut.
The area is not as big as Bakhmaro, but very versatile. No one has ever tried catskiing in the mountains. The slopes have a length of 300 to 700 vertical meters. Although we have scouted possible cattracks in the summer, we will have to explore them with snow in December again. Then it also shows which mountains are the most efficient to access. First Lines are guaranteed...
